*These Terms & Conditions govern all business transactions between Grain Bridge Global Pvt Ltd and its customers, buyers, importers, and business partners.

Products & Quality

All products supplied shall conform to mutually agreed specifications. Due to the nature of agricultural products, minor variations in color, texture, moisture, and appearance may occur.

Pricing & Payments

Prices are subject to market conditions, raw material availability, freight costs, and currency fluctuations. Payments may be accepted through advance payment, Letter of Credit (LC), or other mutually agreed terms.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipment schedules are approximate and may vary due to logistics, customs, shipping lines, government regulations, or force majeure events. Under FOB terms, responsibility transfers to the buyer once goods are loaded at the designated port.

Claims & Liability

Any claims regarding quantity, quality, or packaging must be submitted in writing with supporting evidence. The Company's maximum liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the affected shipment.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kaithal, Haryana, India.
