Effective Date June 22, 2026

Orders are considered confirmed upon receipt of a Purchase Order, advance payment, accepted Proforma Invoice, or Letter of Credit.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment only with written approval from Grain Bridge Global Pvt Ltd. Any expenses incurred prior to cancellation may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Shipment Stage

Once goods have been dispatched, customs cleared, or handed over for shipment, cancellation requests may not be accepted. Any approved cancellation after this stage may involve deduction of applicable costs and charges.

Refunds

Approved refunds shall be processed through the original payment method. Banking charges, currency conversion losses, and transaction fees may be deducted where applicable.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds shall not apply in cases involving shipping delays, customs issues, force majeure events, market fluctuations, or buyer-related documentation and licensing issues.

Jurisdiction

All disputes relating to refunds, cancellations, or transactions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kaithal, Haryana, India.
